Here is Robert Willis of the Digimon Heroes and the Digivolution line of his partner, Renamon. Robert himself is 6 ft.

Rookie: Renamon - 5'9.

Champion: Kyubimon - 7'6.

Ultimate: Taomon - 6'6.

Mega: Sakuyamon - 8'4.

Mega 2: OmniRenamon - 9'2.
