TWWoOZ - The Wizard's First Form 2012

Here is my interpretation of the first form of the Wonderful Wizard of OZ himself. In the book, he was described as a giant bald head that sat on a throne, so I basically did that, but made it that so his head looked mechanical and that it was made out of emerald.
